Through forms we may collect information relating to volunteer applications, membership applications, donation enquiries, partnership enquiries, general enquiries, feedback or complaints. When donations are made through approved payment platforms, we may receive donor name, contact details, donation amount, and payment reference. MVIA does not store your banking or payment card details.
