Charity walks and sports events

Organise a charity walk or sports event in support of MVIA programmes.

Hold a community fundraising event or partner with local businesses to support MVIA.

Fundraising Guidelines

  • Contact us before starting a fundraising campaign.
  • Clearly explain that funds are being raised for MVIA.
  • Represent the organisation honestly and professionally.
  • Follow all applicable laws and local regulations.
  • Submit funds raised promptly using our approved donation methods.
  • Seek written approval before using the MVIA name or logo on promotional materials.

Membership offers an opportunity to become an active part of our organisation and contribute to improving the lives of visually impaired people throughout Zimbabwe. We welcome individuals and organisations who share our vision and values. MVIA is currently developing its membership structure — fees and categories will be announced once approved. Until then, individuals and organisations are welcome to register their interest.
